iRunway is a global retailer with the guarantees and quality services of a local store; we ship anywhere on US  via Express Delivery and Premium Standard Delivery for very reasonable rates.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24 hours from receipt - within 48 hours  on weekends. Order processing begins at the time you receive your order
confirmation email (usually a few seconds after the order is  submitted).

When your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email from us containing your tracking number.  With this number, you can access the tracking page of your courier to  monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.  Shipping via Regular Airmail cannot be monitored at this time.

Once  an order has shipped, it MUST be accepted upon delivery. All fees   incurred by any order refused upon delivery will be the responsibility  of the client--including but not limited to: the cost of re-entry,   customs fees and duties (for shipments outside the EU). Said fees will  be deducted from any refund or store credit due the client.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY ISSUES

Some  items require more time to ship out than described above so please  check the shipping status of each product (in the product information 
page) if quick delivery is a critical aspect when placing your order.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS

You can edit or cancel your order via your account interface (My Account) as long as iRunway has not yet started the processing phase -- this is specified by your order status within your iRunway account. If the order processing has started already and you request to cancel your order or items on your order, iRunway will attempt to cancel these items. iRunway  cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled as this depends on the  processing status and, if the order has been shipped, shipping charges  will not be refunded. Please note an unused item can be returned within 28 days

CANCELLATIONS MADE BY iRunway

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing your payment information.
• Cannot ship to address provided.
• Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notice regarding  your order which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will   not be billed for any cancelled items.

RETURNS

All returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the items if the item is unused and in original condition.  In this case, it is enough to begin the returns process via your profile, by clicking on the “My Orders” section. The items must be sent to our logistic warehouse and, once received, we will immediately proceed to refund your order.

In the case of faulty products or delivery errors: To start the procedure you will need to access “My Orders” and make a return request, attach a photo of the product and send it to [email protected]

After verifying the fault and/or error, you will receive instructions on how we will collect the goods. In these two cases, the delivery cost of making the return is ours, in all other cases the customer is responsible.

Please note, items that are made-to-order or one-of-a-kind are not eligible for return.

Refunds for shipping costs will be determined at our discretion.
